Hi, I’m Ryan Quinn, a psychological therapist based in Derry/Londonderry. I support people dealing with anxiety, low mood, self confidence, depression and the impact of difficult life experiences. My approach is calm, supportive, and focused on understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we look at patterns of thoughts and feelings, to find healthier ways to cope, and to build a stronger sense of balance and self-trust.
